At Sassy-Minxx.com we strive to offer customer satisfaction and complete fairness to all our valued customers. We stand behind our products. Only items that were damaged or defective can be returned. However, we will not be responsible for the damages caused by shipping. Items that are not fit are not returnable. Please email us on the sizes, color etc before purchasing the items.

The prices we charge are some of the lowest prices you will find, regardless of where you are shopping. As a result, we work with some of the lowest margins in the industry.  Due to this fact, it is important for us to offer a fair and responsible return/exchange policy.

Most items purchased from our website may be exchanged or returned within 14 working days from the date of shipment.

• Return Order Condition

: Only defective items could be returned for refund or exchange. The merchandise returned or exchanged must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Return items with any sign of being worn or washed are classified as unacceptable and will not be refunded.

• Items Not Returnable

: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchange or return of panties, bikinis, g-string, thongs, or similar intimate items.

• Shipping Charges for Return Items

: Customers are responsible for the shipping charges of the returned items and they should take up the insurance at own cost.

• Shipping Option or Return Items

: When sending a return or exchange it is recommended that you use a parcel service such EMS, UPS or DHL that offers a tracking method. If you do not use a courier that offers a way to track the package or offers a return receipt request, our company cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of the return goods.

• Shipping Duration for Return Items

: Return items must be received within 14 days of the RA number being issued. Items received after 14 days will be classified as unacceptable and not refunded.

• Credits

: Credits will be issued within 14 days of receipt of item. Please include your order date and order number to expedite processing of your credit.

• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable

: The shipping and handling charges are not refundable but we will not deduct any further cost for the return.

• You will receive a questionnaire for this issue via reply email. Send back with your answers filled in the questionnaire.

• You will be issued a Return Authorization number via reply email if the return is deemed acceptable. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RA.

• Use the original shipping box and packing materials if possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label. The questionnaire form should be printed and included in the package with your returned merchandise, together with the return receipt that proves the date of your receipt of the orde.

• Drop off your package at your return courier's station or schedule a home pickup. Be sure to keep a copy of your tracking information for your records.

Halloween Return/Exchange Policy
(All costume purchases between October 1  - October 31 All Sales are Final, No returns or exchanges will be accepted.)

All Halloween return/exchanges must have a Return Authorization Number to be accepted by Sassy-Minxx.com.  All normal return/exchange policies written above apply to Halloween purchases with the addition of the following date restrictions.

All orders placed before October 1st are eligible for normal 14 Day return policy.
All orders placed after or on October 1st and before October 31st are final sales.
Any returns or exchanges sent to Sassy-Minxx for orders placed after October 1st will be refused and returned to sender.


Wrong Shipping Address
Sassy-Minxx.com ships all orders to the shipping address provided by the customer.  This address is sent through a computer generated shipping tool to create a shipping label.  Customers are responsible for submitting complete address information including apartment numbers, building numbers, dorm numbers, university/dorm names, company names, and/or any other necessary shipping information required by the Postal Service, UPS, and/or FedEx to deliver packages. IF YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPING TO A PERSON OTHER THAN A LISTED RESIDENT OF THE SHIPPING ADDRESS, PLEASE INCLUDE A RESIDENTS NAME PLUS "IN CARE OF" THE RECIPIENTS NAME.   The Postal Service will not leave a package for a non resident if it is not in this format.  In the event that necessary shipping information is left off the order during the checkout process, Sassy-Minxx.com is not responsible for any additional charges needed to reship or retrieve a package.  If a customer no longer wants to receive the package after submitting incorrect address information, Sassy-Minxx.com will only refund the order amount minus any and all shipping charges that were paid for by Sassy-Minxx.com.

If your package is returned to Sassy-Minxx, there is a £5.95 fee to have the package reshipped.
